Ooohh.... that is a really cool looking scale. I have a little electronic scale and it is great. I usually put my mixing bowl on it, then zero it and add the ingredients one at a time and zero it between each ingredient.
I also put the pan from my breadmaking machine on and do the same. Very handy and very accurate. You can probably toggle between ounces or grammes.0 -

If you have a Makro card they have a digital kitchen scale for around £14/15. I have had one for ages and it's great. It's a little circular jobbie, zero function, ounces or grammes, auto cut off. I think you can get it in white or stainless steel.
I can understand these companies not wanting to deliver large items to N.I. because they use carriers and apparently it is more expensive to use carriers in N.I., but for a small item like that they could post it.0
