Couldn't see this posted anywhere, please forgive me if it is!

I was in Boots this morning and overheard one SA talking to another. The next special offer will be the Front Cover Rainbow Eyes set:

If you are lucky enough to have SS tills or willing SAs, then yes, I can see your point, but it's not the case for all of us.

Yesterday, I bought 3 No7 men's items & GWP and gave the SA a SS till spit & a pinkie and she only put the pink one through and screwed up the other and chucked in her bin. :eek: I had to ask for it back. So can you see her putting through all the Mitchum vouchers and still giving me a pinkie? I don't think so. And last time round, I tried with the Mitchum, and despite the till saying I should have a pinkie, when I asked for it, she said that I hadn't spent five pounds and wouldn't give me one.

In a perfect world, I would agree with you, but today I have bought vouchers from Mr egalaxy so that when I go shopping next time I will have the pinks in hand, rather than struggling to try and get them before I can even start my "proper" shopping.

I think the safest option with the No7 voucher in the mens GWP (if you aren't going to be buying any other No7 mens products in the future), is to ask the sa at the till you are paying at. That way if they say yes then you are safe and not risking being accused of theft.

For 250 points it really isn't worth taking the chance IMHO.

Edit: Just wanted to add that in my store most of the sa's are very helpful and will try different coupons combinations etc with a friendly smile and a chat. Not all sa's are ogres

I've been lusting after this for weeks, but couldn't justify it at all full price. I certainly can at half price though

<impatient> does anyone know what next Friday's offer (the 24th) will be? I'm not terribly impressed with this week's FCUK set I have to say. It definitely wasn't worth £50.00 imo and I don't really think it's worth £25.00 either

I have tried to print off the mitchums vouchers from page one but it doesnt seem to open. Is anyone else having this problem?

The SS tills in my store are set to call for assistance if you use more than 2 coupons.The SA then has to override and will not do if it is anything slightly odd.This includes using 2 mitchum vouchers per item. The manned tills will certainly not take 2 vouchers off one roll on- I have been refused twice and will not be trying again! Also my store has never given out pinkies only till spits for the last 3 or 4 times.

Managed a small shop today:

no7 rainbow eye pallete £2.xx
2 x no7 bronzing eye pallete £2.xx

Total: £0.00 (was £4.xx)
Used: Pinkie

Very happy as I managed to shatter my old rainbow pallette by dropping it on marble floor!

SA wouldn't let me have the mitchums (although did come up on till as £1) - no matter off to use some SS tills 2mw
