 I love my epilator but no way does it get anywhere near the area concerned with sexual enhancement :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've just copied the link for the intimate massagers and sent it to the OH. He's always complaining about how "boring" boots is, so maybe this will get him interested for a change :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi hun, was meant to be in belfast today but last minute change to work plans meant it'll be tomorrow at the earliest. If you see any reductions make sure you leave some for me :p

TBH i was in town the other day and it was pants for offers. I did see some of the white R&M bags at £2.13 still, if anyone has missed out on them. Apart from that nothing much at all, and i walked out empty handed   x

A few people have stated that despite what the extra points coupons say, they have in fact been able to use them on the Christmas shopping nights (most of our glitches involve coupons working when they shouldn't, lol). So it's definitely worth a shot if you were buying items anyway.

granted that a lot of glitches are down to multiple use of vouchers. But I suspect that all SA have been been primed and told not accept them in this case.

I also believe that on the day on events such as this that either the Advantage card machines are switched off or bonus vouchers are removed.

Personally I think it is very cheeky as you get £10 back in points on a £50 spend anyway to want even more extra points.

Each to there own try if you want to but if too many people do it then it just means that that Boots will clamp down even further. If you get flustered and embarrassed easily then I would say don't try it.

I think you are right in the sense that staff may be told to not accept extra points vouchers on these evenings.

Personally if i go along to one i will take my vouchers with me and politely ask the SA to try them. If they aren't accepted thats fine and i'll leave it at that, but i will be asking and i won't feel cheeky for doing so.

Mr Boots sends these vouchers out to god knows how many people, and i'll bet the majority don't even read the back of the vouchers to know they can't be used on these evenings. So i think i'll not be the only one doing this.

Anyway, my point is there is no harm in asking the SA to scan your vouchers, but if they or the till refuse just let it be and be happy with your 1000 points that you did get :D

Sorry but I don't think it is at all cheeky. Why not try and get an even better discount (or points)?

If that's the case then you might as well say that this whole thread is cheeky and morally wrong as it is all based on ways to take advantage of coupons/multibuys etc

At the end of the day most of the people on this forum must spend an absolute fortune in boots over a year period so why not try and get a little back?

    Just my opinion.
