    I agree about the moral part but the truth is really from now on in, there is no need for the CSA to be involved in any cases for maintenance unless either parent of any case requests it.

    Child benefit would be on top of this, you need to claim this because I am not sure if you would be paying national insurance contributions on your income, if not through child benefit your stamp would be paid for (can't remember the correct term for it offhand) although it would be the bare minimum.

    It is called Home Responsibilities Protection.

    I think they would pay NI on a weekly income of £160.
