    Afternoon ladies.

I didn't even switch the 'puter on till the kids went down for a nap, as i feel like i have been neglecting DS1 a bit recently. So, i played a game with some empty wrapping paper tubes with him that was a bit like hockey or golf  , and then we had some upturned pots that were our drums, and a game where he used his magnetic fishing rod to catch my pegs (fish) on the floor.

Ds2 woke up in the night again, and has spent most of the morning puking up the milk he has drunk - i can't wait for this stage to finish. I have put him onto exclusive formula, and he is more settled, but his tummy is getting used to the larger meals i think.

I have done some bits too.
    • stain soaked some white clothes
    • WM run
    • all todays washing up done
    • veg peeled for tonights meal
    • steriliser run/bottles made
Then i came on here and caught up, which has taken forever.

mudbath please take it easy for the rest of the day, and get checked out if you need it. And that story, my stinky cat is just the same, me and DH were cutting chunks out of his matted fur last night as he refuses to wash, and stinks of exactly that, it means you are constantly looking round for it doesn't it. Add that to his obsession with trying to sit on clothes/baby blankets/baby car seat/baby V cushion etc etc, and i feel like murdering him on a daily basis.

big hugs to all of you, as so many of you need them today. I think we are all getting to that overwhelmed stage of year, the dreaded x___s, grotty weather, kids picking up bugs.

Right, best try and do something as i want to wake DS1 up soon so he will go to bed at a decent hour tonight ready for nursery tomorrow

Diva - so sorry to hear of your tale, I'm getting OH to back up tonight!

Going to get the washing in and then start dinner.

Sofa I hoovered one hour ago is now covered in crumbs
kitchen floor I hoovered now has chunks of mud on it

I now know why it feels so pointless.

smileyhug.gifMore chocolate needed by the sounds of things. violin2.gifI suggest you hoover a bit of the sofa just big enough for you, sit down on it, and let the rest of them deal with stuff for a bit.

Do you have space which is yours and yours alone? Maybe its best to focus on keeping this as a haven, and the rest of it can be done if and when you feel like it, and if they don't attempt to help you keep it like that then at least you can get away.

We'll just have to post my screams off the page lol...

I DO NOT feel better.. I have to do another 6 hours at college to get on the course I want and then it is based purely on the grades I get because if I don't get A x2 I can't do it.. and I think I may just go lie in the road..

Dressmaking will HAVE to be dropped and that will free one morning and I'll add and afternoon (hopefully thursday) and make hubby collect the grubs at 3pm..

    I don't think I can cope with another 6 hours I truly don't!

Greenbee - my bedroom is always tidy.

Think the hoover will come back out and the children concerned and clean it up.

Dinner half done so think I'll see if I can finish my list.

  • I'm more cheery now, thanks to a quarter of midget gems. I picked my little flybaby up from school and she can't wait to get going again. Tonight we are going to sort a drawer each. I am going to hoover the living room and the stairs, and she is going to bake biscuits from the squeekend list.
I'm glad my flybaby is home. :smileyhea
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
