anyone know if this will record from sky?
(I think the asda one would only record directly from the digi-box,ie you cannot record & watch at the same time)0 -
Dont see why you cant record and watch sky at the same time, as long as the recorder has 2 scart sockets.0

Has anyone seen a review on this one.
I remember that they have had a recorder on offer before. if it's the same one has anyone on here bought it and can recommend it??0 -

The Sumvision model at the bottom here does for the same money:-

What could the USB port be used for? MP3s off a USB flash drive? Very tempted...0

Thanks. Doesn't seem to have a USB port though

It was on offer earlier at £109.99, but they also had one with hard drive too. Sadly I cannot find any reviews, not even German ones.
It might be a Sampo model as they pulled out of the states where there was an excellent site called Area 450, which had all the info, hacks etc. The website is still around but sadly the US founders have stopped updating it and put it up for sale. http://www.area450.com/index.html Tevion models are mentioned in the European section, egtevion dvp 7012 playerac's lovechild0 -

Thanks
Guess I'm off to Tesco Sigless0
