Urgent Advice Please - Residence Order

Thanks to everyone for your advice. A judge granted a PSO this morning and added a penal clause to it - if he even attempts to take her out then he will be jailed. Only problem is that we dont know where he lives to for a baliff to serve him. WE have got a private investigator on the case. I have to return to court on Tuesday, will keep you up to date.

Surelt the court who granted the original order may know.

Does your daughter have a social worker? if so they might know an address.

Do you know your daughters passport number, this may help as well

No lived at his mums when the order was made - and got a passport himself for her so I have neither details!!

The court didnt make an order to find his address which would have been great. I am just hoping this investigator works fast and well!

I know which nursery she goes to and his is heading for that option first.

i was going to suggest nursery, good luck. will they stop him at the airport if he tries to leave? and have the police checked flight record to check he hasn't already left?

Maybe different to your situation,but I had well I still do but kids are older:rolleyes:an ex who frequently threatened to take our children out of the country,he is Iraqui.I believed him,and since he has admitted 14 yrs later he would have too,but I did a passport stop on him,I took all letters regarding my divorce to passport office,accompanied by a solicitors letter regaring my concerns,albeit at the time mobiles,txs,emails were,nt the rage,I just sensed what he was going to do.I could only relate somewhat feebly what my ex said on telephone,had no proof whatsoever tough.Passport office were great,they put stops on ferries to France,airports,everywhere really,and despite the kids ages,my ds aged 16 went to visit dad in Australia last year,and despite a new passport and things better,as in kids older,they still rang me before he left to check it was with my permission.Please don,t do nothing,do everything you can to maintain a good relationship,contact with your child,I don,t think some things even cost money,mine did,nt,so don,t fret about that.

We all lose plot at times,even if it,s just for a minute,an hour,a week,longer,please don,t be ashamed,I no I have lost plot many times,I don,t like it when I do,but my kids do love me despite of myself,and they now I love them,perhaps even more now they are older,I have been able to articulate more now they are older because their minds are more mature and able to cope.It,s never about slagging the dad off,it,s more about my coping mechanisms and my inability to cope with any stress put on my children due to MY divorce.

I don,t know how things have changed now and I appreciate you are a NRP,but pwc can,t be allowed to bully you like this about your child,please children need loving parents,don,t allow inertia to take your child away from you.You have come across as a parent in pain,you have had issues,please don,t be docile because you have had problems,are having problems,don,t relive them,we all have crap times,you don,t need to lose your child because of them.Never lose sight of your child/children you are very important to them.
