Hey all, I'm in the process of winding down after being out with the bride-to-be before tomorrow's festivities. I am quite cold because I thought I would wear a nice top tonight, but knowing that it would be cold, I chose my sleeveless turtleneck (yes, you read right, it's possibly the weirdest item of clothing I own) and thought my chest and neck are snuggly and warm, my arms are freezing!Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Mornin all, been up since just after 12am! Couldn't sleep due to another cold.... 5th since October not to mention the pnemonia and bronchitus, slapped cheek, viral larengitus (excuse poor spellings pls) and every other bug going! ooh missed the nits tho... lol
Any ideas for boosting the immune system?? especially on a budget... the manuka honey is bloomin expensive!!
