Yeah, Jack, that's right. It completely stops all craving dead, it's easy but it slowly gets you down. By the time I came off of it I was really depressed and finding it hard and just started again.

    so far its grrrrrreat!

been trainin all week, havent really got into the swing of things to speak, but i know the general aim for the year ahead and it sounds pretty good to me.

i think it'll end up being quite intensive, but i also think it;ll be fun, which my last job wasnt!

thats why you should quit cold turkey - hard as it is.

oh and also, the job is less hours for more money with like 9 weeks holiday through the year! wootwoot!

  • I am not thinking about quitting right now, it takes a few months after the last failed quit for me to think about quitting again. However my doctor was on at me again when I went in with the mumps. He told me to come back when I felt better.

  • Yeah, it's perscription, if you go to your gp and talk to them about it then they should start you on a starter pack.

ya know, in this fickle world of finances and the whole women walk away with more in a divorce type sterotype that the world has goin on...

any suggestions about how me and mrs cow can combine the finances with a bit added protection for ourselves?
