Help! Lidl not listening to a genuine complaint!

  • No, he didn't want a refund, he wanted a computer. He got that, along with his money back - in essence a FREE computer. Yay for Lidl and their very generous customer service. So kids, it pays to complain!

    You're so right.It certainly does pay to complain.
    I've never had a problem with returning goods to Lidl.
    Always got a refund, with no questions asked :)

    Aldi were even better once.
    I took back a loaf of bread that was mouldy on opening it.
    Got refund and a choice of a bottle of wine for my troubles :D
    If it's not a bargain, it's not worth buying :D
