As the title says, it's not letting me sign is, is it just me (I'm 99.9% sure I don't have the wrong password) or is anyone else having problems?

Hi Claire,

OMG thats exactly whats happened to me, I've also clicked the forgot your password and answered the questions and had no email, does anyone have a number I can call, I've just clicked on "contact us" but it wants me to log in first which obviously I can't!
Thanks DaisyChainSometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
It would seem my account has been hijacked - I've done what you mentioned in the other thread, and am just talking to someone online now who is sorting it for me, thanks ever so much for your help.
Not sure how this has happened, I always forward phishing emails to them and never click on anything, my hotmail account had been hijacked to, they had put a lot of email addresses in the blocked email list which I never knew existed, I haven't been receiving my receipts from Asda.com for months now and contacted them and they did not know why, and it's because someone had hijacked my account!!
So thank you very very much for your help, you've solved more than 1 problem for me today!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
You need to do a very thorough clean, it sounds like your whole PC is hacked not just bits of it. Go to the techie board and ask for help, if you have a key logger virus changing your passwords won't help as they will just change then back again if they still have access to your information.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. We had something similar the other night - both myself and my better half couldn't log-in to our hotmail, googlemail, ebay accounts or any other web-based account...worst of all we couldn't get into my Ryanair account to do our online check-in and we were going on holiday the following morning!
We'd had a power cut earlier on in the day which caused the router to re-set itself. Afterwe re-booted it a few times things thankfully returned to normal.
I really don't know how or why it happened and neither did my fella who's an IT expert. It was so stressful as I thought all or accounts had been hijacked!
If anyone has any idea what the hell happened then I'd love to know!

Soolin, (or anyone else a bit techie!) I have Norton 360, will this not protect me? Today everything seems fine, I've checked my hotmail and ebay accounts loads cos the paranoia has set in! I came back from holiday on Friday, I'm just glad it didnt happen while I was away!
Off to the techie board I go to askabout my Norton protection.Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0
