I'm having major problems signing into Ebay! It keeps telline me that my password in invalid! I know it's not, I've been using it for years!! However, after a couple of days trying, I clicked on the 'forgotten your password' link to get them to send me a new one, answered all the questions and still nothing has arrived in my inbox! I then tried going through customer services but they haven't replied either! Getting desperate now! I even tried phoning them this morning but they just referred me back to the help pages on the site! :mad: Is it just me???

It might be worth contacting live help and telling them you suspect your account has been hijacked. They will ask you some security questions and will be able to check your account and then reset your password for you.

If I could thank you a million times for this I would!! I contacted them and it DOES seem as though I have been accessed by a third party (and I never felt a thing!!) It's all sorted out and I'm a very happy ebayer again. Thank you so much again. Take care. xxx0

You're very welcome. Glad you got it sorted. You have more than likely responded to an email claiming to be from ebay. If you haven't already, I would change your passwords for the email address you use for ebay and also your paypal one.0
