Which program did you FIX zango with? Its just if theyre removed badly, your browsers may never run properly! Thats why I said to run spybot ~ as spybot tends to remove things as they SHOULD be removed

Sorry to hear about your sons bullying. Hope hes ok

Do I uninstall Mcaffee, roxyo, jukebox and cyberlinks power dvd??

I'm going to download spybot now.

Uninstall Mcaffee and install AVG instead:

Uninstall the others if you do not use them otherwise disable them at start up. You can do this easily with start up lite and it will suggest other programs you may not use.

Well its down to you really
Roxyo, jukebox and cyberlinks are down to wether or not you use them. If not then uninstall them. If you DO i would advice stopping them from STARTING UP (use ccleaner ~ TOOLS ~ START UP list and DISABLE them)

As for mcaffe. Its your main firewall and anti virus protection. I find it absolutely horrible and lets WAY more through the defenses than it should

    I would 'advise' removing it

IF you decide to remove it ~
    download COMODO FIREWALL
    http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html

    and AVG ANTI VIRUS
    http://free.avg.com/download?prd=afe

    ***disconnect from the net***
    COMPLETELY uninstall mcafee
Reboot and 'make sure' its gone
    Then install comodo
reconnect to the internet on bootup

Then install AVG ~ UPDATE and run a FULL SCAN (Might be an idea to run a full scan tonight whilst your in bed ~ the scans can take all night easily depending amount of information it scans)

Thats what i was talking about with Mcafee. Its pure junk.
Zango is predominantly trying to get something to RUN. So say for example you had a 'teenage son' :pand he wanted to go looking at certain.......'videos' ;)......he would have installed ZANGO to get them working (And make a mess of your computer in the process)

NEVER install ANY toolbars (Bar google etc), or ANY software (Especially when it asks for ACTIVE X to be allowed) when trying to view vids, or get FREE games to work.
