I already have that and I do a full scan once a week.

You see when I open a browser up, after a few minutes the page sticks, a box crops up saying "Safari has stopped working" windows then solves the problem, I close the box and then I have to restart the browser from the desktop. This happens with Firefox too and I cannot even get IE page up.

I'm trying to look for a good computer help forum with people who will know what I mean and can help me.

Did a Ccleaner and my computer runs faster now, did the Hijackthis and this is my log file, no boxes were checked with a red x

At the moment touch wood, firefox and safari have not closed stopped working, fingers crossed though.

I still cannot get into Internet Explorer though

Do you use it? I would suggest either uninstalling it, or just disabling it at startup

It was when i was secretly spying on my son who was being bullied, it logged all his keystrokes and conversations so i could find out who was doing the bullying

Yes i analyzed it and the Zango ones had a red cross on it, it said it was nasty, so i've fixed them ones. I'll do a spypot and adware then i'll re scan with hijackthis again.
