Sticky stuff remover from Lakeland works- this has happened to me a few times.0

My daughter done the very same thing, and i removed it but wiping the area with milk on a cloth. it worked a treat. don't worry it doesn't smell a couple days later either. we also used milk when my daugther used black wax crayon on the wall paper border and again it worked.
i got this tip from the kim and aggie how clean is your house book. and it has never failed me once.
good luck0 -
Toothpaste worked for me also.
Couldnt beleive it, it removed biropen that was on my coffee table nothing else touched it.0 -
Toothpaste is also a Kim and Aggie tip - it is the abrasiveness that works on biro and crayon even on delicate surfaces such as vinyl wallpaper.0

baby wipes are amazing at getting things like that off, i've removed wax crayon successfully with them (on silk vinyl emulsion).
I hope you get it offSPC~12 ot 124

We had this with our ankle biter, we tried loads of stuff, including ironing over it with brown paer - which didn't work - in the end we had to paint over the offending area with gloss paint, then paint the whole room with emulsion, drastic I know but that's what we did.0

Is it a wax crayon? If so, plug your iron in and heat it to fairly warm then place a piece of kitchen roll or blotting paper over the scribble and iron slowly. This will melt the wax and the kitchen paper will absorb the wax. It will probably need several goes but it will get rid of most of it. After that depends on what sort of wallpaper you have. A vinyl or painted surface will take 'careful' washing (with the wonderful Stardrops of course). To be honest you are still likely to be left with some marking but you'll be able to paint over it and obliterate it altogether. Any other crayon can be sprayed over with 'Stain Block' and then painted.0
