HELP!Debt company chasing me 4 debt i've paid a yr ago and they'r sending me 2 court!

I can'e believe this is my 1st post.....:mad: A debt company called avance group keeps sending me letters on a debt i've cleared last yr-even be4 the very 1st letter they sent me. I'd been thr this then, sent them emails quote every info in and they promised i can ignore any letter afterwards-that was last Feb. And now…

it's entirely possible that you might not have put the reference on the transfer - that means the money will have been kept in a holding account not being "claimed" towards a debt or bill within fedex - obviously they should have found it first time they chased you for it and you told them what account it was sent from and when - it's easy enough to track from their side...
