I have been using E7even since May 2005 on 1 mbps. At start their speed was quite good. But past 2 month or so it has been really patchy. If I play a video on BBC news website it is usually struggles, now again.
I have paid them for upgrade to 4mbs should take place this month not sure when. If I needed to contact them for anything, I have used their email service and have been good and prompt with their reply.
Except the speed sometime I got nothing against them, if the speed continues like as it is until next May then I don't think I would continue using their service. but you never know.
