I feel sorry for horseinhatman. He seems to be posting...."house prices up up up". "market bottom has been officially called". "Buy now or you will lose" etc etc.
He must surely be a estate agent and trying to talk up and keep his business running. All his posts seems to be a desperate attempt. His posts seem to indicate he is trying to help us! But maybe its the other way around. Maybe he is the one who needs help. I think we should help him find another profession. I would recommend he quit the Estate Agents job and find a job as Recruitment Agent. Its similar profession and I think he will do well. What do you guys think? If recruitment agency is not going to work then how about Insurance Agency?
