Am in the process of obtaining my mac code from Pipex. We had a package with them which included broadband and the ability to make free geographical calls, very usefull for keeping my bills down (as well as ringing my family to save them the cost of having to ring me.)
I can't get llu here (don't know what it is,but I cant get it!)
Have checked online and bt say maximum 4 and a half mb and skys checker said maximum 5 mb.
Before we ring Sky (we currently have sky tv) and OH just changed to Setanta @£12.99 sports, what is the best deal we could get out of them do you think?Prepared to change back to Sky sports (!) if it was beneficial
Or could you give me any more advice,or cheapest way of doing it?
Many thanks.
My main concern is getting free geographical calls.

If you were worried about moving from Pipex just wait until you try and cancel Sultana:rotfl:
LLU local loop unbundling, i.e Sky/Easynet or any given ISP has theier broadband equipment called a DSLAM located in you local exchange. Thus they can provide broadband without using the BT network, and thus are cheaper (mostly).
I've got deja vue for you other thread already.
Don't know what incentive you are offering Sky to get a deal, Connect is £17/month.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
..he he..yes.setanta mmm.
Acttually OH now says he wants to keep sultana
I am not sure what you mean about what incentive am i offering to sky.0 -
