I did post this yesterday.

Have you looked at the mass of other Recession threads on this board, the board is FULL of them. The Crash is going into every part of the economy, jobs, house building, house prices, maufacturing, high street sales.

There's nothing YOU can do, because a Recession is on its way.
Maybe if you stick your head in the sand it will go away.
I am not sticking my head in the sand, what will be will be and there is sod all I can do about it. What is starting to get on my goat, is your glee in others misery and mis fortune. Using big colourful headlines with the words jobless figures worst for 17 years, sounds to me like you are gloating. We all know what is going on, we dont need big bold colourful headlines from you to remind us, and rub our faces in it.

Blisk, you make my day. You're such a cheery wee sod - you're pure magic. Dont go away!! Never laughed so much in years !!

As there's nothing we can do....... seems sticking my head in the sand would be the best course of action..... either that or just get along with what I have and not worry about what may or may not happen!

I don't have a job, don't claim benefits, don't have a mortgage, don't live some exotic, expensive lifestyle, don't have buckets of money stashed in investments or accounts and don't have any debt. I just live within my means and as much as I'd like lots of new sparkly things, if I can't afford something.... I don't buy it!
There's so much negativity around at the moment, when are we going to get back to seeing quality of life as being something more important than how much we can make and how much we can buy!
I'm not a believer in money can't buy you happiness.... stick 10 million in my account and see how happy that makes me!!! :D but until that happens, I'll make do with what I have and be grateful for it.

blisk is gleeful because he doesn't own a house, doesn't have shares and doesn't have much savings. Hhe probably has a low level government job or no job at all.

When you have nothing, you have nothing to lose, hence his glee at other people's misfortunes.

The amusing thing is that even if most people do lose 50% on their house value and 50% on their pensions and investments and a proportion of their savings through redundancy - when it's all said and done, they'll still be better off than blisk. I know I will be! :rotfl:

Another thing blisk, you sound as if you are recession proof, your job must be safe as you wouldn't gloat about jobless figures, but what about the after effects of job losses and recessions.
Are you not worried that crime is going increase as desperation hits the jobless, there will be even less bobbies on the beat, to protect you. Great house prices will have fallen 70%, but your home insurance will have risen 1400%.

You ALL knew what was comin, it was INEVITABLE.

The worst is people think it can't get much worse.
    Clueless idiots.
noone is clueless, we all know what is happening, what we dont need is you reminding us. remember this forum is to discuss house prices. I think you should be posting your filth in the "lets state the bleedin obvious, I would rob my own grandmother once her house get repossed" forum, which is next to the "i am loser" forum you are a member.

and note to all, i do apologise for what I have just wrote, but sometimes people can be so smug, and insensitive.

There will always be greedy little !!!!!! about who can never ever ever have enough money & even then they still don't have enough.

When someone's speak to you, I bet the first thing you think of is MONEY or WHAT ARE THEY AFTER.

lol, looks like I was bang on the money. :rotfl:

That's the trouble with people like you, blisk. You hate people who have more than you and spend more time wishing they could be dragged down to your level than you spend in working your way up to their level.

When I look at your posts, the first and only thing I think is that you're a sad act. I almost feel sorry for you, it must be hard being so bitter. :(

The reason I reply to your nasty infantile posts is that I can not understand the likes of you ,tell me how can you gain pleasure from the misfortune of people who can loose their homes and their jobs , do you not realize how bad that makes you look is your life so meaning less and so lacking on happyness that only the misfortune of others gives you pleasure just remember what goes round comes round .
