  • Im abit confused as to who is who...

is the OR the top bod whose name appears at end of paperwork?

i have like a caseworker who i refer any general queries to, is she just an admin person basically? (i thought she was the or)

then i spoke to examiner over phone (so should i go above her?)

sorry am abit confused by the hierarchy
  • You have an exminer, then a line maneger then assistant OR (last two may be same thing, not sure on that) then the head guy/gal the OR him/herself

As far as i know there is only one OR per office but may be wrong, may be more for bigger offices
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(
  • so itd be advisable to phone office and ask who examiner's line manager is and get email and ask them to look at it? wouldnt this !!!! examiner off?

Okay go online and look up your ors office I know mine has three people and I looked them up on google, as I wanted to know just who I would be dealing with. I am sure as well as the three there are other lesser people I will deal with.

There is NO way she can only just allow your car to be exempt on saying she is being kind, what a nerve! Kind my backside. She slaps you with an IPA on 30 quid surplus as she has used your CB that is not kind it is immoral, and needs to be shown up.

I think you need to ask for a breakdown of how the IPA has been reached, so we and you can see what the hell she thinks she can include as CB is not one of them. and I agree with BAAB here a judge would throw this OUT:T

Do we have your SOA on here, if so can you tell me where so I can go and take a look at it. God these types of things make me dead CROSS... a single mum, lets pick on her, not JOE SMITH gone bankrupt and now in SUNNY SPAIN on his 2 month holiday! ahhhhh:eek:

Hmm maybe, but if they are wrong who cares:rolleyes:

Remember an IPA is volentary, you have every right to refuse and force them to go for an IPO through the court, OK not a good prospect, but in such a clear breach of the guidelines i doubt any judge would allow an IPO to be honest.

If you refuse however you will probebly find the examiner will re-negotiate as they dont want to end up in court trying to convince a judge either, more so if they are trying it on:D

Okay can you show us your incoming ie wages, tax credits and child benefit as well please then I think we can look at this and I have to say you have not ripped anyone off here with your figures on your SOA...

Do you get tax credit and child credit do you pay for any child care? and you have not included out of school activities which could have been at least £20 per month.

For me whoever this OR underling is is trying it on...

Use with caution though, it is just a guide but there is no allowence for 1 adult and 1 kid and its way out of date now with the cost of living going up;)
