Orange Tarrif Change

If orange change the price of call charges but dont inform their customers, is this not a breech of contract (i.e. a way to cancel for free) Im going to be canceling my contract anyway due to poor signal in my home area. I just dont want to go in there like a bull and say the wrong things.
