Those of you who have had good customer support / service from Dell, pretty please tell me how you managed that?!
I called their support number, and after many attempts (holding for over 30 mins at times and still not getting through) I managed to get through after 13 mins. Lady in India told me to turn it on while holding down the fn key and from that she worked out I didn't have a hardware problem. I knew that already.
She transferred me to the software technical help people and after 43 minutes on hold (what ghastly music) someone answered but the ghastly music didn't stop, so I couldn't hear what they were saying!! Do I just keep trying over and over again? Or is there an alternative number I can call / someone helpful to email?:heart2: Give blood. :female: Use a mooncup.
But ensure the two are not connected!0 -
You can use online support if you dont want to phone, they even call you back well they did with me0
