He probably means the share swap, the vote should be sometime this year I guess and shares there after0

Its more the market position and customers they will inherit. If hbos is crap then lloyds will just have to rebuild it better, Im sure they are up to it.
They wont drop this, its a special deal and its now or never so I cant see them dropping the deal unless absolutely forced by market conditions0
