I have an R300 and I can print A4 envelopes, some A4 must be smaller than others as mine is also 218mm across.
You could always print labels and simply stick them on the envelope.
On my R300, when the guide is moved to the furthest left, the gap is still only 218mm....:mad:
This is strange. I have just measured the paperguide on my R200 and you are right it comes out at 218mm, I have just re-measured my envelopes, they are defintely 220mm. I have just successfully printed another couple of envelopes off this morning (I am going to send you a bill for them ) ... I never thought about it, I just shove the envelopes through
