And, don’t forget that any electricity the de-humidifier uses will come out as heat so will reduce your normal heating bill.
Essentially any extra cost is just a function of the different costs per kW of electricity and whatever fuel you use for heating

hiyas, weve got a 3 bed semi and really suffer from condensation on the windows, we have central heating and every morning the windows are quite bad,
does any1 no why they area like this?
i open the windows in the morning to dry them off
was thinking about getting a dehumidifier ,, would that solve the problem? and would we need 1 upstairs and 1 down?
the bedroom where the radiator is on the opposite wall from the window (was like that when we moved in) is the worst for condensation. do we need a seprated dehumidifier in there?
sorry bout lots of questions but its driving me mad!0
