Dialaphone cash back and o2
I signed up for a 12 month contract with 02 when i bought my new phone from dialaphone. I have received my cashback for the first two claims but notice that the third claim is due after the end of the 12 month period, i.e. the 12 month contract finishes on 1st Nov but the cashback claim is not due until the 2nd of November.
Dialaphone claim if you are no longer connected you cannot get your redemption - is this legal?
To get my 3rd cashback I actually need to extend the original 12 month contract????

I am also with Dialaphone and know this situation well. Basically, as I understand, you must keep your contract for 13 months so that you can claim your final cashback. I always keep that additional cost in mind before I buy it from Dialaphone. Amazingly, it still comes out to be cheaper than most. Hope this helps.0

ros5974,
You should use the address that was provided to you at the time the contract was taken out. For you I would take this to be the one on the paperwork you've got. See the above thread for lots of essential info re cashback.0 -
I did this around the time they changed to p4u's address for cashbacks but in the end had to send my bill again to the new address listed on the website. It says that claims will still be processed if you send to the old address(the one in the paperwork) but that has not been my experience.youngjune and faisalpak,
