Perfect, remember socks are as important, good running socks have no seams, so no nasty bits to blister your tiny toes and heels on, plus you can buy stuff that you rub on your feet at bits that might blister that stops the friction that is one of the causes of blistering, I cannot remember the name of it, it's like a silicone stick that works like magic. Cor I fair miss running:(
