Up into the ether.:D
The only method of identifying the cost is to decide what you want and asking for a quote.
Do you really need the package in both rooms? A single decoder has two outputs. The 2nd (RF) output can be routed to another TV in a different room.
What I would do is - pay attention.
Have a Sky (as opposed to a Sky+ installation) with the desired package. Which is a contract for a minimum period. I would then get a Sky+ (out of contract) decoder off Ebay, and purchase a Free to Air card. (£20?)
I would then get a Quad LNB. Which is the receiving head bit that fits on the dish, and fit that. I haven't looked at prices lately but, probably sub £15.
After running additional cables. I would move the supplied decoder to my secondary location and install the Sky+ decoder to my primary location, running an additional cable to the secondary TV.
I would then have my Sky 'contract' card assigned to the Sky+ decoder and the Free to Air card assigned to the decoder originally supplied. 'Activating' the additional Sky+ features costs an extra £10 a month. But well worth it.
By then changing the RF output channel (default 62) on one of the decoders, to a different channel (I use 52), you can then use the secondary TV to receive either, the package that you are paying for, or the limited number of channels provided on the 'Free to Air' card. Additional to, of course, the terrestrial channels available on the TV(s)
If you then happen to also have a Freeview capable TV in your primary location. You can watch a Freeview (or terrestrial) channel, whilst recording two Sky channels within your package.
And I even have an additional spur that supplies a TV card in my computer.0
