"The Strawman"

Hi, I have been studying "The Strawman" Concept which comes under Admiralty/Maritime Law. (This is the highest law of the Land)
This undermines and ousts all commercial, banking institutions loans, mortgages and credit cards as the fraud that they really are. I was wondering if any moneysavers out there have prehaps come accross these concepts? I would love to hear what Martin's Comments would be on the processes?.
Im not an anarchist or anything just want the truth!

Sorry but the highest law of the land is the Supreme Court of Justice and in some cases, The House of Lords!0 -
You've actually been reading all this pathetic spam that tells you you don't have to pay off your credit cards because of some loophole.
But anyway, I thought the highest law of this land lay in Brussels?0 -

Judging by your responses i'ld say you have no clue then.
Maybe investing your time in some education may enlighten you.:T Its all there if you know where to look.
I have personally beat EGG banking in court using Amiralty Law - thats me a normal average joe who studied in this stuff for nine months, embarrassed a UK Barrister in county court who then ran home with his tail between his legs.
If i truley owed EGG any money then how come when i stood there in court and asked "for and on the record does anybody in this court hold a claim against me?" the court was silent - surely that would be the time for Egg or their representative to speak up - case dissmissed as no valid claim. account closed, no default.
Anything can be acheived by the correct adminstrative process

oh yeh one more thing, supreme courts, law lords etc are just courts with higher powers, they 2 are still subject to the word of admiralty law or face losing their bonds and their jobs0

Don't be so rude!!! And come back when you know what you are talking about!!!
I have another ID on here, I won't say what it is, but I have posts in the 1000's and I will tell you that I have a very extensive law background!
So save your rudeness and get your facts straight!0 -
How can Maritime Law be the highet law in the Land??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
-
It's not
The OP thinks he knows a lot bout something he/she obviously knows NOTHING about!
