Come back Laney08 I know exactly what you're talking about and have been looking into it for a while. However it's difficult to sort through because much of the research etc I have come accross is based in the US or Canada. I was researching this afternoon about how to copyright and and record a security interest in my strawman have you looked into this at all?0

I'm sorry but the OPs statements are WRONG! His facts in the original post are simply wrong! Admiral law is NOT The highest law in the land (of UK)±!0 -
Dear M Ryan
Sorry was not being rude to you just the other guy who spouted spam rubbish at me.
To be perfectly clear on what i was getting at there is 2 types of law in Commerce:
1) Admiralty Law - this is the law of plunder and is used by all banking institutions and government to create debt using you the person.
2) Equity Law - this is the law these very same people use against you to collect the debt and steal your wealth created under admiralty law.
As long as you can keep legal proceeding inside Admiralty you will always win. The lawyers and judges will do whatever they can to drown you in equity.
Anyone who is a lawyer will deny this as it is against there best interests.
I know its pretty far out there but i used it to win my day in court and there are others out there like me too.0 -
As I understand it all legal statute is based on Admiralty/Maritime law and is as such contract law or the law of commerce. If we fail to understand it thoroughly and unwittingly contract ourselves through our strawman (legal//commercial/corporate entity) we are at a serious disadvantage as the stautes increase and our strawman is increasingly obliged to line the pockets of those who are in the know. As far as I am aware common law is the law of the land no? Admiraly/Maritime law is the law of the sea, one has been super-imposed over the other deceiving us into believing it applies to us which it doesn't - to know the difference between the two, as Laney08 seems to, is very wise. Highest law or not.0

I have a security agreement and also a Maritime lein against my property. to record your security agreement in "the Public" the easiest way is to publish it in your local paper under PUBLIC NOTICE, but you must word it very Precise. Another way would be to have it notorised and post it to your Strawman on 100% cotton paper by reg post as a self authenticating contract. Since the Strawman cant answer the contract stands as solid.
An american named Winston Shrout knows alot about this sort of stuff0 -

You are def on the right track, i'm far from an expert in this and am learning all the time. was hoping to find some more like minded people. got some very stern responses here obviously some people dont want to consider the possibilty this may be true. I beat down egg with this stuff and MBNA are next and when i'm finished with them i will be givin my mortgage a go aswell. Dont get me wrong its not about not paying debt, its about discharging debts correctly and settleing and adjusting accounts to Zero correctly with honour using the same negotiable instruments they use against you to create the debt. :-)0
