Missy, I'm not a sceptic, I'm a qualified solicitor!
Laney, no offense taken
Geordie, I'm not denying it because it's against my best interests! I'm denying it because it's not true

Ryan, would you be willing to discuss these processes that i have , cos most solicitors wont talk 2 me about this stuff at all. a QC who is a family friend will not Disscuss this with me either as he is an agent of the crown. Although he has confirmed that he was beaten in court by someone just like me using the very same stuff - he even got appointed fiduciary Debtor!
what law is your area of expertise?
:rotfl:
thanks for your knowledge in advance0 -
Geordie
just askin! :-)
Mary ann croft - got me interested
winston shrout - filled in the gaps on administrative processes
truth radio - some pasture i forget his name teaches people how to speak and behave in court - is very important as you can easily fall in to contract in court just be walking through the door without knowing what to say before entering.
Its all quite mind blowing stuff for an average run of the mill person like me and i got caught out a few times by the judges. but no court order in commerce is solid. anything can be overturned using correct adminastrative processes or even accepting them for value and returning them for settlement and presentment.0 -
I have no problem discussing it at all! I am not currently practicing! However, I must point out that my views are not the necessarily the vies of the legal profession!
From what I understand from your posts though, you haven't really got the concept of Strawman law! Strawman law is when an individual acts on behalf of another individual and quite often involves property! Not intellectual property, but physical property.
Admiralty law, or maritime law DOES, as you said carry a lot of weight in certain circumstances but only usually govern situations relating directly to maritime objectives and to use this law to gain personal gain is highly unethical
However, maritime isn't the highest law in the land and I must say that if you have been successful in using it for personal gain, you have been very lucky as any judge or QC is fully within their rights to throw the case out if they feel that maritime law is being used unethically!
My 2 cents!

Sorry to intrude, but when i first saw this thread I thought of a big man made of straw with Edward Woodward stuck inside :rotfl:
That was Wicker man wasn't it?
I can be so dull at times, mostly in my waking hours!
Sorry, carry on cos you've got me hooked now.Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
M_Ryan could you pleeeeeaaassssseee read the Mary E C doc http://freedom-school.com/mary_elizabeth_croft.pdf and tell us if from a legal point of view in the UK it is truthful.:j
If it is true then what Laney's doing should be done by all of us anyway.
We are sovereign people are we not?0 -
Maybe truthful isn't the right word.
Holds true may be better or just stands up legally.
Semantics:rotfl:0 -
Laney08 which products of Winstons would you recommend starting with?
Also what does having 'I have a security agreement and also a Maritime lein against my property' do for you and could do for us?
And where do we buy 100% cotton paper?
Many thanks in advance.0 -
Hi everyone
i too am going through processes based a bit on what Laney said that all of our credit cards / loans etc are conceived in fraud as the creditor uses your signature to obtain/create funds wthout your knowledge or agreement . this is fraud and i have asked many legal experts for their opinin and they agree . also under contract law a contract is only valid when "full discloure " is given , i.e the creditor tells you how they will use your signature etc . well they do not tell you this . Also under contract law the person funding the loan is the person to be repaid - that is you - your signature created the funds and as you signed for it the money is yours , have challenged my creditors to show me in their accounting where they have a loss their accounts not a copy of my statements , provide a valid contract - not the credit agreement as that was cancelled at inception due to the fraud committed and to provide an invoice or a sworn affidavit to prove that i owe them money , needless to say 11 months down the line i havent paid any of them , 1 is going to take me to court in December, but i have already advised the court that i requested documents and have never refused to pay what i lawfully owe them and could they assist in having the documents furnished to me . Anyone can give me any ammunition for my case will be very grateful PM me if necessary0
