Confused about what to get -student flat, help?

Ive been looking at the article on broadband and on net at different providers and am really confused about what to go for.

I live in a student flat with two students ( I'm not a student) and we don't have a landline. I was looking at the no contract deals but then you seem to need a landline with every provider. Is virgin the only company that do broadband where you don't need a landline? I was wanting no contract as I won't be living here for a year. I'm confused as to what to do, if I'm best paying for line rental.

Basically I haven't a clue what to go for, and would appreciate any advice Thanks

Are you talking about contract with the BB or contract with a BT line? I'd assume if it's a rented out flat your landlord would be kind enough to provide you with at least a BT line? If that's the case and you aren't looking to be locked into a twelve month contract, there is either Be Unlimited (which is for three months only) but enough time for you to leave as you should be at your house for at least 9 months I think? They have unlimited fast downloads.

If that's too long, there is the Entanet resellers. I'd suggest TitanADSL. https://www.titan-adsl.co.uk. They seem to be very good. Also a one month contract only. Although it is pricey and there are download limits.
