Well, I have my date...Tuesday 18th November! In many ways I can't wait, in others I'm dreading it.

Some other issues have come to mind, what do I do about my incoming salary and outgoing direct debits if my account is going to be frozen? Should I have my money paid into a relatives account from now on?

It's now 3months since I missed my first payment and the phone calls from creditors are coming in thick and fast. I did write to them all in September to say I was struggling, but heard nothing until I actually missed payments. I don't know if I should tell them that I am going to declare myself BR or not?

Oh I sooo look forward to this whole thing being over!!! At this moment in time I feel like I'll never even to ask somebody if I can borrow their pen let alone any money!!!!!!

Glad this board exists - don't know what I'd have done without reading about everybody else's situations.
