Ending a T-Mobile Contract Early

I am 3 months into an 18 month contract and I want to cancel the contract.
I am paying £50 a month and when my business was booming I was using all my allowance every month but now business has quietened off I am not even touching my allowance therefore paying way more then necessary!
I rang them but they won't do anything until my contract comes to an end.
Is there anything I can do?

no not really both parties entered into a contract in good faith, what you will be able to do after a while (9 months i think) is to knock the line rental down, which in turn will lower your cost. The only other thing that you can do is wait to see if T-Mobile increase any charges, if they do, and it adversley effects you, then you can cancel the contract without any penalty notice, hope this helps0 -
not 9 months unfortunatly, changing to last month of the contract. It's not a breach of T&C's before anyone says otherwise.0
