Transfer out from Icesave ISA

Hi,

I am going to transfer my ISA from Icesave to Natwest, just fillng in the transfer form but I am stuck on the account number and sort code. My Icesave account has a 13 alphanumeric account number but Im guessing there must be another one somewhere, and they must also have a sort code.

Has anyone else had similar problems and if so, how did they solve it?

If you search the site, there is a post covering this - I transferred mine in January/February, so can't recall the details.

This was a recent thread, within the past week or so.

As far as I can recall, from my own Icesave transfer, there is no sort code and the customer's Icesave account number is modified to give the account number for the transfer form (letters/numbers dropped) but I can't recall the details from 8 or 9 months ago.

Suggest that you give Icesave a ring, which is what the person completing my transfer form had to do.

About a month, from memory.
