    yeah, the best way is (as above) to try and blag a freeview box off someone to have a go...

    Check freecycle, a lot of basic set top boxes are starting to be a bit redundant these days...

    Ah that's the problem no signal until they turn off analogue as far as I'm aware...? We'll find out in about 4 weeks approx ;)

    I did pickup a freeview box at ASDA and hooked it all up as a neighbour reckoned he was getting a digital signal from the transmitter in the village - but no channels were detected at all.

    So either he is smoking something or he's right and we can't get the signal ;)
