I have just signed up to the cheap 3 broadband deal. £7.50 a month for 5gb.
Everything is running well but the only thing is I can't access my 3 account.
They have sent me a password to my laptop but is in some weird chinese writing.
Is there any way I can correct it or is it a problem with my laptop?

I really would like to access my 3 account so that I can check my usage etc.
