  • I signed up for this and had 4 letters to post in July.
I had nothing to post in August or September and did not receive any stamps so I sent them an email asking what was going on?

This is the reply I received-

    Hi ******,

My apologies for this. We put had to put you onto our reserve panel last month and sent you an email, which you seem not to have received. I have included the email below.

“We have had a fantastic response from people offering their help on the survey which we are very grateful for, but we have now found that there are some postcode areas where we have too many panelists.

Unfortunately at present the automated recruiting process does not check postcodes against requirements at the point of someone recruiting themselves. However, we are working on a development to our existing system which will analyse new panelist postcodes at the point of recruitment and check them against our existing panel requirements informing recruits at the point of completing the recruitment questionnaire if there is a slot available in their postcode. We hope this development will help prevent any frustration in the future.

Our sincere apologies for any upset caused and thank you for your help on the survey to date.@

    Kind regards

Please don't ask them to switch back the stamps ;) Like I mentioned earlier in the thread, I am happy to swap 6 small for 4 large with anyone who wants!

    6 small stamps @ 36p = 2.16

    4 large stamps @ 52p = 2.08.

I have recieved 2 magazines from different panelists. Old Bike Mart and Inside Soap..woohoo

Can anyone please tell me how I record them on the website (if I do)?

and I only have to send them the front and back covers and wrappings they come in right? in the big grey envelope back to Kantar?

    Many thanks x

They usually have a number on the front of the mag or envelope & you record this online, if the number isn't there then you just click on other. You're supposed to send the whole thing back. Hope that makes sense - I know what I mean anyway :D
  • 6 small stamps @ 36p = 2.16

    4 large stamps @ 52p = 2.08.

So I shouldn't want large stamps because I lose 8p.... its just a monetary value, means nothing.

If you read back in the thread, I am getting married next year and due to the thickness of my invites, I need large letter stamps for them, therefore I am happy with the fact they are now providing them so I don't have to put 2 small letter stamps on each one...

So the offer is open to anyone who wants to exchange theirs.
  • OOOH! I haven't had any large stamps - feel kinda left out now. heheheeee!

I've only had one letter to post for the last few weeks and have hardly received anything either. Maybe they're gearing up to dump me too :0(

You won't have had any large stamps yet, they are rolling it out with the packs that are sent with the week commencing 27th Oct, up to now, it has simply been an announcement on the website.

I got chucked off this week too after only posting for a few weeks. Although I was actually quite relieved. Posting after 1.00 pm and before last post was a bit difficult for me.

I would suggest you put in another smart - not already allocated - providing when you are "preparing the item for posting" that the system allows you to do this.

I have recently joined the Royal Mail surveys and was just wondering what the Smart items were? and whether you have to buy/provide these yourself or they send these to you aswell?
