I have just received my first 'magazine' but after having entered it as received, Ive no idea what I now do with it lol......do I send the whole thing back (as with the other letters received) or do I just send the wrapper?? Are we even supposed to open the package?? I have opened it as I thought there would be one of those R numbers in it but there isnt, so am now unsure as to whether I was meant to rip it open lol....anyway Ive looked in the FAQ's but cant see what is expected.....thanks in advance
You just send the wrapper and first page and you stick one of your little yellow labels to the wrapper and write on it the number you will be given when you complete your "received" information online.0 -

Although they aren't going to be using the yellow stickers anymore (as of the 10th)...instead you just select the pic from the listThe new process is alot simpler and will provide an easier way to correctly identify items without R numbers. We have outlined the process below:
[*]Identify that an item has no R Number
[*][SIZE=+0]Select "Click this box if no R-number found" from the data entry screen and click "Next"
[*]Use the images and information to correctly identify the item you have received and click "Select"
[*]Answer the rest of the questions as usual.
[*]If item is not shown, please click on "Please click here if the item you have received is not listed above or does not match those listed above" then click "Restart" and wait for a few days to see if it appears and enter it if and when it does appear.
[*]Once you have data entered items please return them to us in one of the large grey plastic pre paid return envelopes we provide.
[*]Any items which have your test initials on which you have not been able to identify after 3 weeks please also return to us using one of our pre paid return envelopes.

Send them an email. Same thing happened to me a few months back, sent them an email which they replied to and they sent out the stamps with my next posting pack.0 -

I haven't had mine yet either. Neither have I had my posting pack for w/c 13th October. Assuming they are in that, but perhaps delayed in the post (oh the irony!)Not buying unnecessary toiletries 2024 26/53 UU, 25 IN0 -

Have you checked to see if you have any postings for next week?
If you haven't you won't get a posting pack.
