I used to keep the paper and got a rather abrupt phone call telling me that everything sent to me was the property of Kantar and I had to send it all back. I had kept 2 of the small notebooks made to look like chequebooks so all paper and the magazines have to go back. Some weeks I have so much to send back that the grey envelope looks ready to burst.

I have been getting that message also, but not for RM Surveys. Try to access the site using a different browser, for example opera, mozzilla firefox,safari or google chrome, you should then have more success.:D

Quick question, had no 'recieved' items this week - until today when I got 3. Would you send these 3 items back to them Monday or wait til end of next week now & send any from next week in the same packet?

I'd probably wait til next Friday.

Out of interest, with Money magazine and untility weekly that I get each week, the issue dates never match, so I always put issue not found cos I spoke to the lady at Kandar and thats what she said to do.

What does everyone else do? Or do the issue dates match for you?

I would send them on Monday as you got the items this week. I normally send my items back on a Saturday.:beer:

I haven't had any mags for a few weeks now, but when I got them, the dates always matched.:D

The lady at Kandar said they should match but the are both a couple of days out on my screen! Like if the issue is 21st nov the nearest is 23rd nov, grrrr!

Hi fogster.... I too am having problems logging in.

Been away for three weeks and have over 20 items to register!!! :eek:

No idea why I can't get on as some of my friends who do this can all get in fine!!! Weird. Have emailed them but no doubt I won't hear till Monday.
