I'm running out of large letter stamps, but I've still got loads of the small ones from doing this survey. Stamp price is 61p for a large, 39p for a small 1st class and 30p for a small 2nd class. So do you think it'd be ok to send a large letter with a 1st+2nd class stamp?
Obviously you're going to be paying more than you need to but yes, it would be fine - as long as the stamps add up to the correct value (or more) you can use them. I asked in the PO about it as I wanted to send something abroad & the assistant said it would be fine to use 1st class stamps to make up the postage cost.

    When are they next recruiting?

It depends on the postcode area. They have recently been laying off people in certain areas, because theyve had too many people.

    Hi there

i am wondering if anyone wants to donate any stamps that they don't want as we can use them to help to pay for postage costs of parcels we send to hospitals. We send knitted and crochet clothing to special care baby units and babies that who sadly don't survive.
Each parcel we send cost us £3.21

All the help we get is some much appreciated,

Thank you for visiting the Royal Mail Monitor website.

Unfortunately, due to a high volume of responses, we are not recruiting to the monitor at this time.

This was without me putting in my postcode.

The next time you log in you will see that you have been selected to post an extra item, sometimes they send you an e-mail.

So happy won a £10 voucher from the prize draw and it came today :)

Does anybody know if you still have to put yellow stickers with R numbers on items of mail that don't have R number on?
