Yeah it seems fine now. Pretty sure I've just prepped an item to go to my old college Maths tutor.

Today I received a letter in A4 white envelope - inside it said it was a test item from Operator Secured mail sent on behalf of Research International, and to return the envelope and contents next Friday along with any other test mail. Inside was a smaller white envelope ( sealed) with a Smart inside. Now I opened the little envelope and I logged it as having received the Smart . I'm not sure whether I should have done this, because I'm now wondering if I should have left it sealed , assuming I should send the Smart back with the letter and envelope inside one of the usual big grey envelopes. Anyone else had one of these & know what I should have done/ should do? Thanks!0

Ive have a test item like this, i opened it, logged the smart as you have done.
Keep the smart, unless it tells you to return it under your smarts online. Or keep it and put it in a test item you have to send out.0 -

You have done it correctly by logging the SMART. Keep it for future use, it should show on the daily tasks page under 'list SMARTS currently in my stock'. SMARTS are updated every Thursday night so check back next week to see what they want you to do with it.
Send the envelope with the insert back to Kantar using the big light grey envelope at the end of the week.0 -

I'm running out of large letter stamps, but I've still got loads of the small ones from doing this survey. Stamp price is 61p for a large, 39p for a small 1st class and 30p for a small 2nd class. So do you think it'd be ok to send a large letter with a 1st+2nd class stamp?0
