Is it Kanter who is sending me MWP magazines (on industrial technology)? Is anyone else getting this? The second issue I've received so I'm wondering who is sending it to me, especially as I'm technically not a panellist since the time they removed lots of people....

You should be able to tell if it is from Kantar because it will be addressed using your test initials.

Sorry to hear/read that so many of you are experiencing difficulty in accessing the RM site, I, fortunately don't have any problems with the site. This may help, try allowing pop-ups when logging into the RM site, I am not saying this will work but it is worth a try.:D

  • I also am still getting magazines (The Week) and occasional charity spam with my test initials despite being sacked in the big purge. I can still log in to my account (when the site is working) and the ones I get are listed as "no R number" options. So I'm continuing to report them, mainly out of nostalgia, but maybe if I show willing they'll reinstate me one day. I return the mags in a grey envelope once every few weeks (they'll send envelopes if you use the order via stationery option, and I have a stock of barcoded labels from past label sheets). I guess the mags will stop eventually.

I had an invite, by 'phone, to the misdelivered post survey, which is money for old rope, so it's worth not giving up completely on Kantar.

Anyone getting the application errors (as opposed to the page load errors), it is probably down to you not allowing the page to fully load before trying to move to the next one (understandable when it is going so slow).

Wait until the page load bar has fully finished, then input your data and move to the next screen. I don't get those errors anymore. Do still get the page load ones which you need to refresh the page and allow it to resend data to solve.

I talked to the lovely Joanne yesterday and she said the site was working their end but not ours and to try again today.

Like you I have tried again this morning using two different computers, Internet Explorer and Firefox and with all pop up blockers turned off and still the site barely loads!

If I get the homepage it won't sign in in time or gives me an error!

Wasted enough time this morning I will try again tonight!

Well I've finally managed to catch up. Took me an hour but worked using method above. Hope we get extra freebies for all the inconvenience.

I had a smart in stock that wasn't showing up online. I'm guessing it was the smart allocated to last weeks item that I didn't put in due to all the problems. I've just put it in a return envelope to send back to them. Does that sound right?

No, in this instance it is not because of this unfortunately, at least not in my case. I know this does happen if you don't allow the pages to load fully, especially on dial up, but yesterday and on Sunday these error messages were coming up after the pages had loaded up fully. Very dull.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...
