    Re: my above post.

I thought it had happened before. There is a report on the BBC news website. Apparently it put GMTV off the air early on today.

I havent had a call from them today. When i have a call its usually to ask questions about items posted, if there has been a report of a problem in my area for a length of time.

Are you doing a misdelivery survey for them at the moment? I had a call from them today and it was about that - asking me if I received my vouchers and whether I was having any problems with it or not. She also told me that she wouldn't be surprised if the website was off tomorrow as well as the floods have left a real mess. She said just to keep checking the site.

I had a call from them as well, asking me if I had received the misdelivery survey and the vouchers, wonder if they rang because they could not do the computer work, it was Joanne and she also said to me not to send a smart tomorrow just test item on its own, just send the letters and then enter items when back online, she said someone was assessing the flooded offices tomorrow and thought it would be running on Monday as normal.

Yes, and yes it was! Surely they weren't ringing everyone to say the site was down? Incredible!
