What happens if you can't post at the time you're supposed to ???
I've got to post between 10 -1 on Monday but I won't be available , could probably manage about half nine though
I used to wait til the following week if I couldn't make the specified time slot, but nowadays I regularly post in the wrong time slot but on the right day if I'm going to be out of my postal area later that day - I'm sure it happens all the time for London panellists many of whom will live in one postal area and work in another (easily done just by living a few miles from their work area). It's fine as long as you post before the last collection that day for that box and log the info accurately on the website and I've read that somewhere on the website, too. I've also posted from a post box rather than a post office if I've had to. I've never had a complaint and I've been doing this for well over a year.Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...0 -
Same here, no mention of where to post the item, so I will just post it at the first of my boxes I come to.On my extra item there is no infomation where to post the envelope online or on my paper based schedule, does this mean I can choose where I post it??Like good food and drink?
Try Hotel Chocolat and Baileys.

I received a Summer 2009 catalogue as a test item but the description on the 'items received' list says Spring 2009. Should say 'yes' to this item or not? I have never received the Spring one? There also seems to be a few other items I have never received. Does this happen to anyone else?0

Has anyone been with them and then moved house? Only I am doing this and have e-mailed them with no response. Do you have to leave and then rejoin? How do you leave?0

I've had one magazine that i didn't receive, it stayed on my list for about a month then disappeared
If i were you i wouldn't say yes to the item as it's not exactly the same as the one on your list. If you're not sure what to do give them a ring, the lady's always really helpful

I rung and spoke to the ever helpful Joanne to get clarification on the magazines return/keep question.
What they need is the outside wrapper, any inserts that have your name and/or address on them and
either
the magazine or
the magazine front cover or
a photocopy of the magazine front cover
If we return either the front cover or a photocopy of the front cover, then we can keep the magazines.
So there it is folks - the definitive guidance (cos there's nothing in the on-line FAQ)"Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience." Anon.0 -
Can anyone log on to the Royal Mail survey site this morning? I keep on getting the "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage" message.
