Thanks curlywurly, I've not posted the evening before yet, but it makes sense to me that once the last collection of the day has gone, it is then before the first (10am) collection of the next day...! Thanks for confirming this can be done!

Did you enter a holiday in the system to say you're going away? You don't need to email them it can be done in your panel.

Its strange as I have a mailings for next week and recieved my pack yesterday for the week after. Have recived one new smart so far but still have all my others as they have all been assigned to my postings. I wonder if they are doing it area by area

Hi, Ive had two weeks of training so far and my two letters for this weeks training were posted today and yesterday as requested but I haven't received anything yet for next week either and when I log on and check next weeks tasks there is nothing scheduled. I'm pretty sure I had this weeks schedule showing when I logged on this time last week so I'm hoping like you that I'm not being kicked off too ...

Glad I looked on here. I've been doing this for ages and I've had nothing for next week. Usually get a package on Saturdays for a couple of weeks hence so expect mine today. Was going to contact them but will wait now.

This has been my first week after training and i received one small envelope which i have to post back to kantar in the large envelope, this means the large envelope is very 'floppy' is that ok or should i put some card or something in with it to make it a bit stronger?

I don't post the before 10am ones before 10am but I put the time that I posted them in on the site, never had any problems with it.

I haven't got anything scheduled for next week either, but I have received some letters this morning to be posted week beginning 9th March
