Just to record their latest wheeze.
I was paying Fast4 £4.95 per calendar month for 10 hours per week net access (dial-up). Fast4 WAS taken over by Breathe.
Without any notification they have made a change.
I now pay £4.95 per calendar month for 40 hours access per calendar month.
So the total hours available to me per year has been cut by 40 hours. Customer Care in action.
