HELP! Dvd video freeware burner needed...any ideas?

Looks like we've got our wires crossed You don't use DVD Decrypter to rip the dvd, you just use shrink, like you're doing now. You can just use Decrypter to burn the dvd files again. In dvd shrink if you go to Backup, there is an option to "Make ISO and burn with DVD Decrypter". This saves a step as you don't need to use Imageburn to make the ISO (dvdshrink can make an ISO)

Deepburner is a good freeware CD/DVD burning package, however, the free version doesn't support DVD Videos. But for less than £15 for the pro version, with a 30% discount for students, it isn't bad value!

If you do find a dvd that you can't copy set dvd decryter to no read retries and ignore errors (for scratched cds will get crc check errors) Once decrypter has saved these to your pc you can then use dvd shrink to compress the files just point it to the files instead of the drive. You will need 15gb free hd space though...... This also works for copyrighted discs that dvd shrink can't copy
