OVEN MATE is excellent, or if you can afford it try franchise company OVENCLEAN, who claim to clean your oven for a set charge, no matter how long job takes.0

If you are a member at Costco, then you can buy a pack of two OVEN MATE cheaper that Lakeland, Kleeneze.0

What you'll need:
- spray bottle filled with water
- biocarbonate soda
- tub big enough to fit wire racks (can be bathtub or sink but if so line with an old bathtowel first to avoid scratching)
- Bio laundry crystals
Here's what you do:- remove racks and pan from oven and let soak in that tub with warm water and laundry crystal solution
- open oven door and sprinkle oven floor and oven door with a thick layer of biocarbonate soda - be careful not to get any of the soda in the vent at the top of the oven door.
- using the water bottle spray the biocarbonate soda so that it gets saturated (but not runny). Let that sit for while; half hour - hour. Longer the better.
- Wipe up biocarbonate soda with a damp sponge and put a little elbow grease into areas that are being difficult.
- go back to the wire racks and with a scouring pad just give them a good clean and rinse well with warm water.
One word of warning - if you have a wood worktop or floor take care not to drip the biocarbonate soda/water mix on it. It can stain the wood.0 -
Not much of a tip, more cheating. Try using an oven cleaning company like SOC, they do :rotfl:0

I hate those single ovens with the grill in them. How do you grill your burgers and cook your oven chips at the same time?
